The Booking Process
When you are planning a wedding, thinking ahead about the fate of your flowers after the event is not always on the radar. To make it as easy as possible to include floral preservation in your plans, I have laid out the booking process for you to check this item off your list.
Confirm Availability & Secure Your Date
Reach out with your wedding date to confirm I have space that weekend through our Contact page or email Christina (christina@fiveandsevenflorals.ca). When it comes to booking, the earlier the better. Once we have confirmed availability for your date, send a deposit to secure your date. Please read our Client Acknowledgement about the process and outcomes, and explore our different preservation options HERE.
Relax & Enjoy the Planning Process
You’re booked in and we are looking forward to working with your flowers! Enjoy your planning knowing this part is taken care of! One to two weeks before the wedding we will reach out to give you some tips for your flowers and coordinate drop off.
Drop Off Your Flowers
You’ve kept your flowers hydrated and happy, and now it is time to say goodbye to the flowers as you knew them shortly after the wedding. As much as we love seeing and congratulating our couples, delegating the dropoff to a friend or family member is a great way to do one less thing.. :)
Now the fun part (for me) begins! Your flowers are just as special to me as they are to you and I guarantee that your wedding keepsake is intentional, thoughtful and uniquely YOURS.
